These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all services and products provided by KV Fitness & Lifestyle, operated by Kobe Veal ("we", "our", "us", or "the Coach"). By purchasing any service, downloading any programme, or submitting an application, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using any of our services. If you do not agree, do not proceed.
Note: KV Fitness & Lifestyle is operated by Kobe Veal as an individual sole trader under UK law. We are not a registered limited company. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kobe Veal personally.
KV Fitness & Lifestyle offers the following services:
Personalised coaching delivered through the HubFit platform, including training programmes, nutrition guidance, lifestyle and habit support, and regular check-ins. Available in three tiers:
One-to-one personal training sessions delivered in London. Available per session or as block bookings.
The KV Foundations series — downloadable PDF training programmes available at no cost to individuals who request them via our website. These are entry-level resources and do not constitute personalised coaching.
All services are provided for general fitness, education, and lifestyle improvement purposes. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
To purchase or access any KVFL service, you must:
We reserve the right to decline an application or terminate a coaching relationship if we have reason to believe any of the above conditions are not met, or if information provided is false or materially incomplete.
Access to online coaching requires submission of an application form. Submitting an application does not guarantee access to coaching. We review all applications personally and will contact you to schedule a discovery call.
The discovery call is a mutual assessment — both you and the Coach will determine whether KVFL coaching is the right fit. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where we believe coaching would not be safe, suitable, or productive.
Application data is held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm acceptance of these Terms. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required.
Access to coaching begins upon receipt of successful payment and completion of onboarding.
The KV Foundations programmes are provided at no charge. No payment is required or processed for these products.
Following submission of a cancellation notice for online coaching, your access to the HubFit platform will continue until the end of your final paid billing period. During this period:
You may request a copy of your programme data before your access ends. After access is terminated, we are not obligated to provide ongoing access to any materials.

KV Fitness & Lifestyle and Kobe Veal are not medical professionals. Nothing provided through our services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or lifestyle programme, you should consult a qualified medical professional — particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.
Physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By purchasing and participating in our services, you voluntarily assume all risk associated with physical training and exercise, including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, cardiovascular events, and other physical harm.
Nutrition guidance provided is educational in nature and does not constitute advice from a registered dietitian or nutritionist. You are responsible for determining whether any nutritional guidance is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law, Kobe Veal and KV Fitness & Lifestyle shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable UK law.
All materials provided as part of KVFL services — including but not limited to training programmes, nutrition plans, PDF documents, written guides, videos, scripts, and system structures — are the intellectual property of Kobe Veal and KV Fitness & Lifestyle.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for your own private use in connection with your coaching. You may not:
Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of coaching and may result in legal action.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to coaching services immediately, without refund, in the following circumstances:
Where possible, we will give reasonable notice before termination. Where conduct is serious, termination may be immediate.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, bereavement, natural disaster, internet or platform outages, or disruption to third-party services. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or resume services as soon as practicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients with reasonable notice before taking effect. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
